Pollen

For my Capstone Project as a Graphic Design Major at Northeastern University, I was prompted to produce a semester-long project that includes my design areas of expertise in typography, branding, and creativity. I created Pollen, which brings the optimism back to news by highlighting small stories about amazing people and events every month, while also providing something of living beauty that can grow from these stories. It is a monthly subscription print newsletter that is made of plantable paper embedded with seeds, so once the newsletter is read, it can be planted and grown into flowers.
